The Reseller Settlement cycle is T+30 days. Here T refers to transaction day

Safexpay provides both the facilities, the reseller can onboard merchants by themselves, or the onboarding team can onboard the merchants on behalf of the reseller.

Reseller agreement :
Following KYC documents are required:
Valid Trade License copy of the Merchant
Memorandum of Understanding
Articles of Association
Passport Copies of all UBO Shareholders and Authorized signatories .
Emirates ID Copies of all UBO Shareholders and Authorized signatories
Address proofs for all, Tenancy Contract, Electricity bills from Dewa, Sewa etc. for all shareholders
Bank statement for last 6 months.

**If the merchant is from one of the sanctioned countries then 6 months Bank statements will be required. For other medium/low cases, 3 months statements will do**. If the bank statements have been generated online, PSP must sign, stamp and date.
